Careers
Help schools give teachers more time to teach.
A small team, working against real timetables and building clear controls around AI proposals and school records. We are based in New Delhi.
What we are doing
Build tools teachers can use in their daily work.
Peach handles the preparation around teaching. It writes a locked plan draft from a brief the teacher approved. It fills the register for confirmation, proposes marking against the school's own rubric and drafts the message home. The school's policy controls grading review, while attendance and guardian messages require confirmation.
That constraint is the product. It is also the hardest engineering problem here, because a system that has to be reviewed has to be worth reviewing. The draft has to be good enough that a teacher edits it rather than starts over. It has to be clear enough that a coordinator can tell at a glance whether it is right.
How we work
Three principles behind our work with schools.
- 01
We build for real timetables
Not a demo dataset. Features are shaped by classes that are running now, with the sections, boards and rubrics those schools actually use.
- 02
Teachers keep their professional judgement
We make review and release controls clear. Schools decide how AI grading proposals are reviewed, while attendance and guardian messages always require confirmation.
- 03
A small team that stays close to the classroom
Whoever writes the code talks to the teacher using it. There is no layer in between and we are not adding one.
Open roles
Three roles are open now.
Each one is a first hire in its area. Write to kanishk@peach.study with the role in the subject line, and say what you would do first. Ask for the current role brief to review the location, working arrangement, employment type and compensation before applying.
- Write to us about this role
Head of Sales
Sell to one school at a time, starting with a conversation about their own classes. Bring the principal, the coordinator and the office along together.
- Run the first conversation with a school yourself, from the principal's office to the coordinator's timetable.
- Set Peach up on the school's own planner, rubric and rosters, and stay with them through the first term.
- Decide which schools and which boards come first, and build the pipeline from nothing.

Product Lead
Own what Peach prepares and where it stops. The approval step is the product, and it has to be worth a teacher's time every day.
- Decide what Peach drafts, what it never touches, and how a teacher tells the two apart at a glance.
- Spend time in classrooms and staff rooms, then turn what you saw into the next release.
- Work with the engineers and the schools directly. There is no layer in between.
- Write to us about this role
CEO
Build the company, not only the product. Write to us directly.
- Set the direction: which schools, which boards, and what Peach becomes over the next five years.
- Raise the money and hire the first twenty people.
- Be the person a principal calls when something has gone wrong.
We read every one of those. If there is a fit we will say so, and if there is not we will tell you that too. Something you have made carries further than a CV.
What we look for
What we look for in every role.
- You have shipped something people depend on and stayed to maintain it.
- You write clearly. Most of this job is describing a school's real process without flattening it.
- You are comfortable being told the draft is wrong by a teacher with thirty years on you.
- You care whether students in every section receive consistent support.
- You read Hindi as well as English. Guardians can choose Hindi for their messages, and someone here has to check one before it goes out.
Tell us what you would build first.
Three roles are open. If this is the problem you want to work on, that is reason enough to write.
Something you have made carries further than a CV.
