Curriculum, language and your other systems

Work with your school's curriculum and teaching formats.

Use the lesson planners, marking criteria and report formats your school has chosen. Prepare parent notices with the original and translation together.

The problem

Keep the planning formats your staff already use.

You have a unit planner your coordinator wrote, a report format your board expects, and a marking scheme built over years.

When software uses a fixed structure, staff may have to enter the same information again or adapt an established process. Peach keeps the school's chosen format at the centre of the workflow, and a department can keep a version of its own.

Your template

Peach fills your format. It does not replace it.

The planner belongs to the school. A department can keep its own version and every other section uses the school's. Nothing is forced into a framework you do not follow.

  • Unit planner
  • Scheme of work
  • Marking rubric
  • Report card
  • Class register
  • Notice home

Each stays in the school's own format, whichever board it follows. Reports print with the school's branding.

Adopting a framework

Adapt curriculum frameworks to your school's requirements.

Peach sets up from your own scheme of work, whichever board you follow. If your school works to a published framework, apply its template once. It fills in the criteria, planner prompts and subject groups.

Your coordinator can then reword a criterion, switch off a prompt or add a stage of your own. When a new version of the framework comes out, you see what changed and decide whether to apply it. Your school's own edits carry across, so nobody redoes them.

Language

Help parents read and understand school notices.

The school records a guardian's language preference. The guardian portal fully supports English, Spanish, French, Arabic and Hindi.

Staff write the notice once. Guardians using a supported language receive a labelled translation with the authored original available. Where the school has approved wording, Peach uses that instead of machine translation.

Official school names are never translated. Nothing reaches a parent until a person at the school confirms it.

Term 2 reports can be collected from the school office on Friday between 9 am and 1 pm.

टर्म 2 की रिपोर्ट शुक्रवार को सुबह 9 से दोपहर 1 बजे तक स्कूल कार्यालय से ली जा सकती है।

The original stays attached. The school name is never translated, and guardians on any other language receive the original.

One system

Bring planning, assessment and reporting together.

Planning, classwork, marking, the gradebook, attendance, reports and the messages home. All of it sits on one record. A change in the register reaches the report without anyone retyping it.

That helps a coordinator answer routine questions without rebuilding the picture in a separate spreadsheet.

If you need Peach to connect to something else you run, tell us what it is and we will work to it.
