Why Peach

We think this is how a school should run. Here is why.

A clear product argument, with links to the screens that show each workflow.

What we believe

Good teaching should be normal in every section.

School leaders want every section to benefit from clear plans, useful feedback and timely support, regardless of who is teaching that class.

Peach helps schools share those routines across sections while each teacher keeps their professional judgement.

Where common tools stop

Useful tools often cover only one part of the school day.

01
Content

Videos and question banks help with instruction. Schools still need a place for planning, assessment, attendance and reporting workflows.

02
Dashboards

Dashboards can show results clearly. Peach also connects the result to the work behind it and the next action a teacher can take.

03
A chatbot

A general chatbot can use the context supplied in a conversation. Peach is connected to authorised school records and places its output inside school workflows.

What Peach does instead

Peach prepares work inside the school's own controls.

01
It writes the first draft

It writes the unit plan from your coordinator's template and proposes marking against your rubric. It drafts the notice home and fills the register from the earlier period.

02
The school controls release

The school's AI grading policy controls review before release. Attendance and messages to guardians always wait for staff confirmation.

03
It knows the class

It reads the template, the rubric, the submissions and the outcomes for that section. That is why the draft is worth editing rather than starting over.

04
One record

Attendance, plans, marks, reports and every approval sit on one record. A change in the register reaches the report without anyone retyping it.

05
Built for the school you actually run

Your school's own templates, whichever board you follow. Guardian notices in five supported languages, with the authored original for other locales. The register, the unit test and the PTM use the words your staff use.

Automation follows the policies the school has chosen.

Review rules, confirmations, permissions and history make it clear what Peach prepared and what the school released.

Where we stay honest

Three claims you will not find on this site.

We separate what the product does today from outcomes that still need to be measured.

01
A board result percentage

We have not measured one, so there is not one here. What you get is the weak section in week two, and you close the loop.

02
A count of schools

Peach is in use at Woodstock School and Simple Education Foundation. That is the list, and it is the whole list.

03
That a machine teaches

It does not. Peach supports teaching and school workflows; the school sets the policies and remains responsible for the result.

Compared with a general chatbot

How Peach differs from a general chatbot.

General chat tools can help staff think and draft. Peach adds school records, roles, policies and workflow history around that assistance.

A chatbotPeach
What it knows
The files, instructions and conversation history available in that product and account.
Your template, your rubric, this section's submissions and the outcomes attached to them.
Accountability
History and administrator controls depend on the product and account settings.
Important proposals, approvals, releases and corrections remain connected to the school record.
The student
Uses a general assistant that is not tied to the school's unit and help policy by default.
Gets a nudge toward the answer, inside the unit, in a transcript the teacher can read.
The school
Work stays in the conversation unless the school connects it to another system.
The work lands on one record: the mark, the register, the report.
The parent
A general chat product is not a school notice and acknowledgement workflow.
Gets a school notice in a supported language, after a person at the school confirms it.

Compared with Google Classroom

How Peach complements or differs from Google Classroom.

Classroom is widely used to distribute and collect work. Peach covers additional school workflows; exact Classroom capabilities vary by edition and administrator settings.

Google ClassroomPeach
The plan
Classroom distributes classwork; planning structure depends on the school's wider Workspace setup.
Drafted from your coordinator's template, and the coordinator sees it before the class does.
The marking
Classroom supports rubrics, gradebooks and eligible Gemini features; availability varies by edition and settings.
AI grading proposals use your rubric, with release controlled by the school's review policy.
The register
Attendance is generally handled through another school tool or integration.
Pre-filled from the latest confirmed record, then confirmed by staff. Corrections keep history.
The principal
Classroom centres work inside each class; school-wide operational views depend on other tools.
One morning view: which class needs a person, which report is blocked, and why.
The family
Guardian summaries and communication options depend on the school's Workspace configuration.
A notice in a supported guardian language, with the original available and staff confirmation before sending.
The price
Classroom is included in Google Workspace for Education; editions and AI add-ons have different terms.
Flexible, shaped to what your school needs. Worth it only if the rows above are worth it to you.
