Terms of Use.

These terms apply to you as an individual when you visit this site or use Peach. If you use Peach through a school, the legal provider and address are identified in that school's signed order or agreement. Public site questions can be sent to kanishk@peach.study.

If you use Peach through a school account, your school's Terms of Service also apply. Your school sets what you can see and do.

Your school creates your account and assigns your role. Keep your credentials to yourself. If you are a member of staff, this matters more than usual. The audit log records approvals against your account. A shared login makes that record wrong.

Tell your school straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

• Use Peach for the teaching, learning and school administration it is meant for.
• Do not post or send anything abusive, harassing or unlawful. Do not use Peach to bully another student or member of staff.
• Do not try to see records outside your role, or to work around access controls.
• Do not scrape, copy or redistribute another person's work from the system.
• Do not upload malware, or anything that would disrupt the service for others.

What you write stays yours. By putting it into Peach you allow us to store, process and display it. That is so the service can work for you and for the people your school has given access.

Your school holds the record. If you want a copy of your work, or want something corrected or removed, ask your school first.

Peach can prepare grading proposals. Your school's AI grading policy determines when teacher review is required before release, and a person at the school releases anything that goes to a guardian. If you are a student using the tutor, treat what it says as help with your thinking and follow your school's rules for submitted work.

Generated text can be wrong. Check it before you rely on it, and tell your teacher if something looks off.

The software, the interface, the name and the marks are ours. These terms let you use the service, and give you no other rights over it.

Peach may link to sites we do not run. We are not responsible for those sites, and their terms and privacy practices are their own.

Peach is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will run without interruption or error. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot lawfully be limited.

Your school can end your access at any time, for example when you leave. We may suspend an individual account where there is a credible risk to students or to the security of the service. We will tell your school why.

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page. Where the change is material we will tell your school.
