Understand how your school's data is handled.
Schools entrust Peach with records about children. This page explains the main points in plain language and links to the full policies.
In short
How Peach handles your school's records.
- The school owns its data. Peach processes it to run the system the school asked for, and nothing else.
- Student work, marks and reports are never sold, and are never used to advertise to a student or a guardian.
- Nothing Peach drafts reaches a parent until a person at the school releases it.
- Peach keeps a history of important proposals, approvals, releases and corrections so the school can see what happened.
- The school can export its records at any time, and can ask us to delete them.

Make a request
Access, export or deletion.
If you are a member of staff, raise the request from inside Peach so it is logged. You can also write to us and we will route it through your school. If you are a guardian or a student, ask your school first. The school holds the record and decides what is released. We act on the school's instruction.
Write to kanishk@peach.study with the school name, what you are asking for and the record it concerns. We acknowledge within five working days.
