Give every teacher a shared starting point for lesson planning

The coordinator writes one chapter plan. Both sections teach from it. When 8 B changes a lesson, the coordinator sees the change before students do.

Peach's shared plan: one Data handling plan used by Class 8 A and 8 B, the six lessons side by side, and the coordinator's comment on the one lesson 8 B changed.

See where students need help before the next unit test

Class work shows three students stuck on the same idea: which average to use. Peach sets up a tutor session for just them, from the lesson and their own work. Each transcript comes back to the teacher.

Peach's class assistant: a tutor session set up for the three students who chose the wrong average, built from the lesson and their own work.

Give teachers more time for teaching and individual support

Each student can practise on their own weak spots. Peach builds a short test from their recent work, and the tutor gives hints, never answers.

Peach's practice test: a student builds a short test from their weak spots, gets a hint instead of the answer, and sees where they landed.

Know which students need attention before reports go home

Before report cards go home, Peach drafts every remark from the term's work. It points to the three students who need a closer look. The teacher has the final say on every level.

Peach's report cards: 28 Term 1 remarks drafted from the term's work, with the rubric levels set by the teacher.
